About Namaskaram
Namaskaram is a non-profit organization that supports Dalit children in India. The word “Dalit” means “broken or oppressed”. Dalits are people born into families in the lowest rung of India's rigid social system. 250 million Dalit men, women and children face normalized prejudice, abuse and oppression every day. Our team is dedicated to creating a real impact in the lives of these children. We provide educational resources, support and opportunities to children who may not otherwise have access to them. Join us in our mission to create a better future for these children.

Our approach
Our mission
Develop human potential through education.
We believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed, regardless of their background or situation. Our approach is focused on providing educational resources and support to disadvantaged children, with a focus on creating long-term sustainable change in their lives. We work closely with local communities and schools to identify areas where we can have the greatest impact, and we strive to create partnerships and collaborations that help us achieve our goals.
Our vision
Our vision is a world where every child has access to quality education and the opportunity to achieve their full potential. We believe that education is the key to break the cycle of poverty and creating a better future for all. Through our work, we hope to inspire others to join us in our mission and make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children around the world.
